The AFJROTC program at WHS is run entirely by
cadets. The instructors only provide feedback and
recommendations to the cadets on a case by case
basis.
The cadet staff must maintain high moral values and
have good leadership. Every opportunity the cadets
get are a chance to hone and improve their
leadership skills.
The leadership within the unit changes every
semester except for the Squadron Commander.
Cadets are chosen for staff positions based on
behavior, leadership skills and potential, knowledge,
dedication, and many other factors.
